Brian, Owner
I started Home Managed because caring for homes has always been in my blood. I grew up with a father who was a handyman and carpenter, and a mother who worked as a Realtor—so I’ve been surrounded by tools, projects, and property my whole life. Helping people take care of their homes brings me real joy, because I know how important a safe, well-maintained space is. Home Managed is my way of sharing that passion and experience with others.
John, Director of Maintenance
John is our Director of Maintenance and brings nearly 30 years of hands-on experience helping homeowners care for and maintain their properties. With licenses in a wide range of trades, he’s equipped to handle just about anything that comes his way. His deep knowledge and problem-solving skills make him an essential leader on our team. John’s dedication ensures that every job is done right, safely, and to the highest standard.
Travis ( TJ ), Plumber
TJ is our licensed plumber, bringing years of experience and expertise to the Home Managed team. Whether it’s a plumbing emergency, full renovation, or new construction project, TJ responds quickly, efficiently, and with precision. His honesty, reliability, and personable nature make him a trusted partner for both clients and coworkers. TJ is an essential part of our team, ensuring every plumbing job is done right the first time.
JoJo, Plumber
Jojo is our newest plumber, currently completing her apprenticeship and bringing fresh energy and a strong work ethic to the Home Managed team. She’s detail-oriented, eager to learn, and committed to quality workmanship. Jojo’s positive attitude, reliability, and hands-on approach make her a valued part of our plumbing team and a trusted presence on every job.
JD, Contractor
JD is our licensed contractor with decades of local experience and a deep knowledge of home construction and renovation. He specializes in the big projects—handling everything from window replacements to new decks with skill and precision. JD brings a steady hand and expert craftsmanship to every job he takes on. His versatility and experience make him a key asset to the Home Managed team
Leigh, Operations
Leigh is our Operations Manager and the engine that keeps everything running smoothly at Home Managed. She makes sure our team has the tools, support, and resources they need to get the job done right. Leigh also works closely with clients to ensure our services are accessible, efficient, and hassle-free. Her organization and dedication help create a seamless experience for both our staff and the homeowners we serve.
Kacey, Administration
Kacey is our Administrative Manager and brings a strong background in property management to the team. Her organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills make her an essential part of our daily operations. She’s often the first voice you’ll hear when you call or stop by the office—and she’s always ready to help with a friendly, professional attitude. Kacey ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so our team can focus on serving you.
Deanna, Financial
Deanna is our Financial Manager and oversees all things financial at Home Managed. From budgeting and payroll to invoicing and reporting, she keeps our financial operations organized and on track. Her attention to detail and strong financial background help ensure the stability and growth of our company. Deanna plays a vital role in supporting both our team and our clients behind the scenes.
