Brian, Owner

I started Home Managed because caring for homes has always been in my blood. I grew up with a father who was a handyman and carpenter, and a mother who worked as a Realtor—so I’ve been surrounded by tools, projects, and property my whole life. Helping people take care of their homes brings me real joy, because I know how important a safe, well-maintained space is. Home Managed is my way of sharing that passion and experience with others.

John, Director of Maintenance

John is our Director of Maintenance and brings nearly 30 years of hands-on experience helping homeowners care for and maintain their properties. With licenses in a wide range of trades, he’s equipped to handle just about anything that comes his way. His deep knowledge and problem-solving skills make him an essential leader on our team. John’s dedication ensures that every job is done right, safely, and to the highest standard.

Eric, Landscape Manager

Eric is our Landscape Manager and brings years of hands-on experience and leadership to the Home Managed team. He leads our landscaping crew with precision and care, making sure every property gets the attention it deserves. Eric also keeps all of our equipment in top working condition to ensure consistent, high-quality results. With his expertise and eye for detail, your lawn is always in good hands.

Travis ( TJ ), Plumber

TJ is our licensed plumber, bringing years of experience and expertise to the Home Managed team. Whether it’s a plumbing emergency, full renovation, or new construction project, TJ responds quickly, efficiently, and with precision. His honesty, reliability, and personable nature make him a trusted partner for both clients and coworkers. JD, Contractor

JD is our licensed contractor with decades of local experience and a deep knowledge of home construction and renovation. He specializes in the big projects—handling everything from window replacements to new decks with skill and precision. JD brings a steady hand and expert craftsmanship to every job he takes on. His versatility and experience make him a key asset to the Home Managed team

Isaiah, Service Tech

Isaiah is our jack of all trades, known for his eagerness to learn and strong work ethic. He started on our landscape crew and continues to be a key part of it, while also expanding his role by joining our construction team to assist with renovations and routine maintenance. His versatility and willingness to jump in wherever needed make him an invaluable asset to our operations. Dustin, Service Tech

Dustin is our go-to problem solver and the ultimate Swiss Army knife of the Home Managed team. While appliance repair is his specialty, his versatility means you might find him assisting the landscape crew, swinging a hammer with our contractors, or lending a hand wherever it’s needed. He supports all departments with skill, energy, and a can-do attitude. Dustin’s wide-ranging talents make him an invaluable part of what keeps Home Managed running smoothly.

Keagan, Service Tech

Keagan is a valued member of our landscape team with a keen eye for detail and a strong passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces. His attention to the smallest aspects of every project ensures that each lawn and garden is maintained to the highest standard. In addition to his landscaping work, you may also find him helping the renovation crew or assisting with apartment turnovers. Andrei, Service Tech

From framing to finish work, and especially tile work, he handles every project with precision and expertise, ensuring the highest quality results. Leigh, Operations

Leigh is our Operations Manager and the engine that keeps everything running smoothly at Home Managed. She makes sure our team has the tools, support, and resources they need to get the job done right. Leigh also works closely with clients to ensure our services are accessible, efficient, and hassle-free. Kacey is our Administrative Manager and brings a strong background in property management to the team.
