Our pricing is transparent, with upfront estimates and clear communication regarding any additional costs before work begins.  The Retail price of this program will be offered to the general public at $49.99 per month in the future.

4. Do I have to use Home Managed Contractors, plumbers, etc?

No. With over 30 years of Property Management experience with our Partner company; Hampshire Property Management Group, they’ve built up a pipeline of trusted, vetted, professionals who are available and, in many cases, will provide a discount for our members. 

This list of vendors will be provided to all members of Home Managed.

Similarly, all agents of Coldwell Banker Community Realtors will have a directory of the HPMG vetted contractors available to them as well.
